This is a fairly good video and one I was thinking about sending to my parents and friends who are confused by network neutrality–I’ve been trying to teach them about the issues. Unfortunately, I will not be sending it to them because this video does not include, what I feel, the public’s counter arguments to some of the ISPs’ top concerns. Most importantly, this video primer portrays ISPs as victims of an onslaught of network traffic that they simply can’t (or be expected to) handle now or in the future. This is disingenuous.
