1. Carriers try to block apps or charge more 2. Carriers put all kinds of bloatware on your phone that is uninstallable without having to root your phone 3. For the longest time they insisted to charge extra for tethering. We all know what these “shared” plans are going. Low data caps + more devices using the same low data cap + outrageous overages = cash cow When I go with a carrier, I am paying for their “service”.
