Viacom Restores Streaming After Daily Show’s Jon Stewart Compares Them With China

Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart expressed his views about the ongoing dispute between DirecTV and Viacom into his first show back from vacation. He was not charitable to his ultimate boss Viacom, asking company executives, “What are you, China?” Viacom quietly restored streaming access to its programming earlier today.     Jon Stewart has a point. There’s no need to beat each other back and fourth because someone doesn’t know how to do business or for that matter a luxury. Of course, these TV Transmission feuds also leave everyone in a horrible state.
