I am in a rural part of the TWC Rochester subscriber area and it's quite obvious (and shameful!) how they take advantage of the lack of competition in rural areas. National broadband is crucial to our Nations future but it has to be done the right way, so as not to become just another way to line the pockets of the mega corps.
