		<description>One thing I found interesting is that I experienced a higher than average number of full-signal dropped calls this weekend.  So did many of my other iPhone friends.  AT&amp;T added extra COWs (Cell On Wheels) to the area, so it wasn&#039;t an issue of radio signal strength.  I think they still had some middle-mile congestion issues, but it was much better than last year.</description>
