		<description>Most of the things on that list could also apply to Rochester and the east side. I already nominated my own town, just across the border in Wayne county, and made very similar arguments: Big, educated city not far from a mixture of middle-class suburbs and largely rural farming towns, with sub-par internet service all around. 

It&#039;s also funny to read comments from all these ISP&#039;s that claim people still want 90&#039;s era speeds, but are suddenly scrambling to upgrade now that they&#039;ve had the fear of Google put into them.</description>
