I'm one of the individuals that were scammed with triple play promotions of comcast. I bought the bundle for the reason that the the free asus netbook was suppose to be included in the deal. I thought it was really a good deal even if I have to sign a contract of 2 years.

When I signed in with the promotion, they told me to wait 3 billing cycles which I did. Right then when they told me about that, it came to my mind that it would be a scam and I'm right. I just called them after more than 3 billing cycles and they told me that the free asus netbook was not in the deal.

I'm now looking for a different service even though I'm beginning to like their service. It's for the reason of trust on their word which they didn't fulfill. Why should I stay with their service if they can't even fulfill their commitment to their promises.

Thanks a lot comcast!!!
