		<description>Ok ill ask the big question. If all the long term agreements expired does a company giving fair notice to the states and areas involved have the right to pull out? Morally the answer would be no but this is not a moral industry. It’s a money machine obviously having a bigger concern for the shareholders first and everybody else second and is that right or wrong?</description>
